2006 THE VIEW PINOT NOIR

The fruit for this wine was sourced from our vineyard on the high ridge above Long Gully Road.It was hand harvested on March 20, 2006.After crushing, it was vinified in open top fermenters.The fruit was hand plunged and lightly pressed.It was matured in French oak barriques for 15 months, with 25% new oak being used.
